1. Excessive selection of hydraulic oil
Improper selection of hydraulic oil brands, especially viscosity index oils, will directly threaten the normal operation of the hydraulic system. The viscosity planning and viscosity changes of hydraulic oil should be minimized as much as possible. The selection of hydraulic oil should also be considered in specific regions and seasons; The oil labeling machine with clear rules should be filled strictly according to the rules of the hydraulic oil to be filled.
2. Poor heat dissipation of the packer
Excessive dust accumulation on the surface of the radiator can cause heat, poor ventilation, and high temperatures in the hydraulic oil tank; Low liquid level and circulating oil system will not function properly, which will result in high temperature in the system.
3. Hydraulic pump suction
The air sucked in by the hydraulic pump mixes too much with the air in the oil, forming "cavitation". Under high hydraulic impact, it is accompanied by violent oscillation and noise, and then the temperature rises rapidly.
4. Improper pressure adjustment of metal strapping machine
Setting the system pressure relief valve too high will prevent normal overflow and pressure reduction, which will lead to internal leakage and increase in temperature.
5. Leakage
In the process of energy transfer, assuming severe leakage, the volume of the system will increase and decrease, and the loss of energy will be converted into high-temperature heat of the system. Assuming the component space is too small, conflicts between relative movements can also add to the temperature of the engine oil. The distance is too large, and leakage is severe.
6. Wear and tear of parts
Severe wear and tear of the hydraulic system components of the packaging machine can lead to overheating of the system. Many parts of the components in the system rely on sealed gaps. Once the hydraulic components wear out, it will cause internal leakage and increase the temperature. The viscosity of the oil will decrease, and internal leakage will further increase, leading to a vicious cycle of further oil temperature rise.
